1. The EKEN video doorbell 2 is only compatible with our wireless Chime. Wireless chime is optional, doorbell notification will go directly to Tosee app if chime is not installed. Not compatible with traditional doorbell chimes.

2. New app 2.2.6 is now available on App Store or Google Play.

3. If your wifi gets disconnected or you can't see the live view, be sure to press the doorbell's push button again to activate your EKEN video doorbell again.

4. The EKEN video doorbell requires at lease a smart phone to run the ToSee app. Computers and tablets are NOT compatible.

Share you video doorbell with your family

Monitor and share to 4 devices. Up to 4 users may view the video feed, but only 1 user can use the direct intercom. iOS and Android compatible.

1. Open the ToSee App:

 

  • From the home page, tap the doorbell Live View.
  • Tap the "Share icon" in the top right corner.
  • Enter the device administrator password, then tap "Confirm".
  • ap "+".
  • Enter the new user's Nickname, then tap "Confirm". You will see a QR code.

 

2. Open the ToSee App on the new user's cellphone.

 

  • From the home page, tap "+" in the top right corner.
  • Tap "Scan QR code", then scan the QR code generated before.
  • You will see "Success", then tap "Confirm".
  • Enter a Device Name. Tap "Confirm" and you're all set!

 

Be sure to turn on push notifications on your phone.

1. Navigate to Settings -> Notifications -> ON

2. A list of apps that support push notifications will appear.

3. Touch the ToSee and choose your options.

Easy Installation and Charging

Simple installation, you can mount the doorbell in minutes. The video doorbell 2 can be hardwired to existing doorbell wiring. Rechargeable batteries can also power the EKEN video doorbell. Please pay attention to negative and positive electrode in order to avoid short circuit.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Delivery

We deliver across the island to your home or office within 1-3 days.
We offer free delivery on orders above Rs. 1,000 and for orders below Rs. 1,000, a delivery fee of Rs. 25 will apply.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Warranty

Products with quality problems

We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period listed in the table below. If a product is not listed, the warranty period is 30 days, unless otherwise  specified. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. We will be responsible for all shipping fees/delivery fees.

Eken Video Doorbell

It is a bit difficult and tricky to put the micro SD inside the doorbell. As per the box a mcro SD of 8GB must be present in the doorbell. How now client must put a SD card in it ? A feedback is required.
